CROSS SECTION OF YOUTHS SEARCHING FOR NEW INFORMATION.

Some respondents argued that although ICTs have the potential to enhance the efficiency of
governments in formulating and implementing their agricultural policies, most national ICT and
agricultural policies in Africa do not clearly address the use and application of ICTs for rural

TANDONG CALISTUS ONAIR IN A COMMUNITY RADIO WITH THE PROGRAM YOUTHS AND AGRICULTURAL UPDATE. (A call for the youths to invest in Agriculture).

I see Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) as a unique opportunity to exchange ideals on success and difficult stories in the development initiatives. Youths can gain valuable insight into the current developmental techniques which will help to enhance their capacity and that of the communities. I believe if these are harnessed together and youths empowered for self employment, the challenges of emigration, employment, HIV/AIDS in our communities will be significantly reduced.
